How do I book my wedding date and site?

To book your wedding date and site, we require the nonrefundable site fee in full or 50% of the wedding package due in full and a signed wedding contract. Please contact Marissa Ugale at mugale@kbhmaui.com with your desired date and wedding choices to get started or fill out your wedding planner online.

Are there special group room rates for my guests?

Yes, we do provide special group room rates (minimum 10 rooms) for our wedding clients and their guests. Please contact  our Sales Department by email at sales@kbhmaui.com for updated pricing and availability.

Do my guests need to pay for parking?

Yes, self parking is $3 for the first two hours and $3 every half hour thereafter. Maximum of $14 for self parking. Valet is $18.

Do you have a bridal suite available?

We do not currently offer bridal suites. If bridal parties are interested in booking a room, we require a two-night room rental. Please contact reservations to book your accommodations (808) 661‐0011.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

We prefer clients to use our qualified wedding vendors, including wedding photographer, minister, videographer, florist etc. We also require that all equipment rentals are purchased through Kā'anapali Beach Hotel, for liability reasons.

Can I bring in my own food, beverage, and/or alcohol?

No. All food and beverage must be purchased and arranged through our food and beverage department. Due to Hawai'i Liquor Laws no outside alcohol can be brought into a special event function. If outside alcohol or beverages are found, Kāʻanapali Beach Hotel reserves the right to remove it at any time.

Is dry cleaning available in the hotel?

Yes, please call our housekeeping department for pricing (808) 661‐0011.

Do you have a salon on property?

Our Beauty of Aloha Salon offers a range of spa services on property. Please contact them for availability and pricing (808) 667‐1800.

Can I get married on the beach?

No. The state of Hawaii, County of Maui, Harbor division has enforced penalties restricting any commercial business and wedding on Kaanapali Beach.  We offer our Naupaka Lawn and other ocean front wedding lawns.  Professional photography is also not allowed on Ka'anapali Beach.

What time does my event have to end?

9:30pm is when music and/or entertainment must end.
