Baked Salmon

INGREDIENTS:

Salmon - approx. 2 pounds total
3 tablespoons of Yoshida sauce (can be substituted with any Teriyaki sauce)
1/2 cup of Mayo
Green onions
Furikake seasoning (Japanese seasoning made of nori (seaweed), seasme seed, salt, and sugar)

 

Directions
1.    Place salmon in 9 inch x 13 inch baking pan
2.    Mix Toshida sauce or Teriyaki sauce and mayo, then pour over salmon
3.    Cover baking pan with tinfoil
4.    Bake at 350 degrees F for approx. 20 mins
5.    Carefully remove from oven, remove tinfoil, and add green onions + Furikake seasoning
6.    Bake for an additional 5 mins to brown
