Paymaster/General Cashier| Full-Time

Come and join our Accounting department as a Paymaster/General Cashier! Some responsibilities will include: review time sheets, work charts, wage computation and other information to detect payroll discrepancies; verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustments; process and issue employee paychecks and statement of earnings and deductions; compile and reconcile employee time, production, and payroll data from the timesheets and other records; file payroll taxes; monitors and maintains all house banks; perform monthly audits, etc.

Ideal candidate will have prior experience with Union contracts and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.  High School degree required; Associates degree in Accounting desired.  Prior hotel Accounting and Payroll processing experience helpful.

Security Manager | Full-Time

Our Security Manager will supervise the daily Security activities.  This person will interact with various levels of employees and managers to resolve Security matters, be responsible for establishing and implementing policies, practices and procedures to safeguard company property, information, service, personnel, and visitors, and will be responsible for in-depth investigations involving security.

Some other areas of responsibility include safety awareness and training, prosecution assistance, providing direction to staff regarding organizational goals, and to review reports written by the officers, attends security meetings sponsored by the hotel association and/or other business associates, and other duties as required.

Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends and have knowledge of PC software (MS Office).

Cook II - Baker| Full-Time

We are seeking an individual to join the Kāʻanapali Beach Hotel as a Maintenance 3/C in our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate for this position will do various duties to include: perform maintenance and repair work on hotel facilities including inspections, calibration of electrical, mechanical, equipment and allied systems; provide electrical, mechanical, and carpentry support for function set ups for clients and guests; respond to trouble calls and assists higher rated maintenance personnel, etc.

High school degree/GED, or equivalent, and EPA A/C certification.  Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field.
