How to I book my wedding wedding date and site?

To book your wedding date and site, we require the non‐refundable site fee in full or 50% of the wedding package due in full and signed wedding contract. Please contact Kristin Molina, kmolina@kbhmaui.com with your desired wedding choices to get a wedding contract started.

Are there special group room rates for my guests?

Yes, we do provide special group room rates for our wedding clients. Please contact  our Sales Department by email at salesmail@kbhmaui.com for updated pricing and availability.

Do my guests need to pay for parking?

There is a special events charge for parking $2 for the first two hours and $2 every half hour thereafter.$11 max for self parking and $13 for valet parking. Wedding clients are able to pay for guests parking, please contact Kristin Molina to add on parking to your wedding contract.

Do you have a bridal suite available?

As of right now, we do not offer bridal suites. If you are interested in a full day room, we require a two nights room rental. Please contact reservations to book your accommodations (808) 661‐0011.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

We prefer for our clients to use our qualified wedding vendors to include photographer, minister, videographer, florist etc.  All equipment rentals are required to be purchased through the hotel due to liability reasons.

Is dry cleaning available in the hotel?

Yes, please call our housekeeping department for pricing (808) 661‐0011.

Do you have a salon on property?

We do have Beauty of Aloha (808) 667‐1800 on property. Please contact them for availability and pricing.

Can I get married on the beach?

No. The state of Hawaii, County of Maui, Harbor division has enforced penalties restricting any commercial business and wedding on Kaanapali Beach.  We offer our Naupaka Lawn and other ocean front wedding lawns.  Professional photography is also not allowed on Ka'anapali Beach.

Can I bring in my own food, beverage, and/or alcohol?

No. All food and beverage must be purchased and arranged through the food and beverage department. Due to our Hawaii Liquor Laws no outside alcohol can be brought into a special event function. If outside alcohol or beverage is found, Ka'anapali Beach Hotel reserves the right to remove it at anytime.

What time does my event have to end?

9:30pm is when music and/or entertainment must end.
