Group Accommodations
Kaanapali Beach Hotel considers ten or more rooms (per night) traveling together on the same itinerary a "group." There are several benefits of group travel:
- Speedy check-in
- Room block is guaranteed
- Discounted rates
- Complimentary welcome reception
- Add a rental car, daily breakfast, or another custom option to create a group package
Group Room Categories
Run of House is defined as Garden View and Pool View categories. The hotel
reserves the right to assign the group room category based upon
occupancy at time of arrival.
Run of Ocean is defined as Partial Ocean View and Ocean View categories. The hotel reserves the right to assign the group room
category based upon occupancy at time of arrival.

Group Activities
Transportation companies
will provide for your group needs. Airport transfers, arrival
lei greeting services, and narrated scenic tours are available.
Championship golf is just
across the parkway from Kaanapali Beach Hotel and may be reserved
in advance.
Hawaiian activities are available daily at Kaanapali Beach Hotel and each evening there is a complimentary hula show followed by Hawaiian dance music.
Optional Activities
Air, land, sea activities and evening entertainment from the
traditional luau to theater may be planned and reserved ahead
of time for your group through the Ohana Fun Center. Monday through
Saturday mornings, we host the Ohana Welcome Breakfast in our
Kanahele Room. This is a great way to start your group's Maui

are located in the lobby of Kaanapali Beach Hotel for your convenience.
Families
Families will feel right at home at Kaanapali Beach Hotel. Rooms sleep up to four (4) people and most rooms have connecting doors. The hotel features a complimentary childrens program - Aloha Passport for Kids - and numerous cultural activities for all ages!
Group Dining, Banquets & Catering
Group meal plans are a snap for our catering department. Our
two restaurants can accommodate
smaller groups, while meeting rooms are available for group functions
of up to 450 people. Banquet arrangements to complement every
occasion are our specialty as well as customizing a menu according
