Reservations

  • A contract agreement will be drawn up to specify the group’s arrival and departure dates, the room category, and the special rate agreement with the hotel’s terms and conditions. Once the contract is signed by both the group’s designated agent and the hotel, the group will be confirmed upon the hotel’s receipt of the executed contract. A deposit equal to 10% of one night’s room and state tax for all rooms contracted is due.
  • At 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit becomes non-refundable and a report on the number of rooms sold to date is due to the hotel.
  • At 60 or 45 days prior to arrival (depending upon contracted group dates), the balance of one (1) night’s room and state tax is due to the hotel for each room contracted.
  • A grace period of 15 days begins allowing a reduction of rooms equal to 10% of the total number contracted without penalty. Any additional reductions are subject to the cancellation policy.
  • At 45 or 30 days prior to arrival (depending upon contracted group dates), the full prepayment of rooms, tax, and porterage is due to the hotel. A complete list of guests’ first and last names, addresses, phone numbers and special requests is also due at this time. Any cancellation of rooms past this date is subject to the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

Low Season: January; April; May; August 21 –December 17

  • For each room cancelled outside of 90 days prior to arrival, there is no charge.
  • For each contracted room cancelled between 90 and 45 days prior to arrival, there is no further fee beyond the forfeiture of the good faith deposit (equal to 10% of one night’s room and tax) received previously.
  • Between 45 and 30 days prior to arrival, there is a 15-day grace period to reduce contracted group room counts by an advised amount without penalty. Any reductions beyond the allowance all further cancellations up to 15 days prior to arrival will incur a one (1) night charge of room and state tax for each room cancelled.
  • Cancellations between 14 and 4 days prior to arrival incur a two (2) night charge of room and state tax for each contracted room cancelled.
  • For any cancellations within 3 days of arrival, the full stay will be assessed for each room cancelled.
  • Early Checkout / Reduction in length of stay: For any checkout earlier than the dates confirmed, the full charge of room and tax, to include the unused balance, will be assessed.
  • No-shows result in full forfeiture of room and tax.

High Season: February; March; and June 1-August 20 and other high occupancy periods as determined by the Hotel.

  • For each room cancelled outside of 90 days prior to arrival, there is no charge.
  • For each contracted room cancelled between 90 and 45 days prior to arrival, there is no further fee beyond the forfeiture of the good faith deposit (equal to 10% of one night’s room and tax) received previously.
