The hotel has a lovely oceanfront garden for your ceremony. Our catering department is at your service, with several indoor and outdoor locations and a wide selection of menus that can be customized to your specifications and budget. Yes. From the front entrance to the beach, the hotel public areas are all on one level. There are elevators to most guest rooms, and we offer six special rooms designed to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act. Click here for complete details.
Do you have a children’s program?
Yes. We offer a special program for children 12 years and younger called "Aloha Passport for Kids." It's fun and participation is free! Designed to allow families quality time together, Aloha Passport for Kids is a guest amenity program rather than a drop-off kids' camp. Children and their parents begin by visiting our Guest Services staff to receive their Aloha Passport including their personalized Hawaiian name.
A late check-out may be available for guests requesting this service. Guests may inquire with our Front Desk the evening before departure and will be assessed a $90.00 fee when checking out between the hours of 11am and 6pm. Departures after 6pm will be assessed a full day’s room charge and may be arranged in advance with our Reservations staff at 1-800-262-8450. Applicable taxes will apply.
