Rance Villarimo

For the past 8 years, Rance has been turning Hawaiian dreams into lifelong memories for our guests!  As a Guest Service Agent in the Ho`okipa department, he gives from his heart to lend a helping hand in such an unassuming way.  Rance has received the highest praise from his fellow associates stating, “Rance is not only a great co-worker but a great human being. We enjoy working side by side with Rance, as he is a great balance of fun and hard work. He is very well deserving of this honor and we are definitely lucky to have him as part of our Ohana.”  Rance is also very knowledgeable of the Hawaiian culture and protocol and shares his mana`o (knowledge) with the Napili Kai Foundation through hula and musical performances.  Rance is a teacher by nature.  And as a teacher, he is also a good student. If he has knowledge about something, he is always willing to share, especially with children. When something is taught to Rance, he’ll make it a point to understand not only the how’s, but the why’s, which makes him better at doing whatever he does.
