Father's Day Champagne Brunch 2008 Featuring Willie K
Kaanapali Beach, Maui, Hawaii - Come celebrate Father’s Day with Willie K at Ka`anapali Beach Hotel’s Champagne Brunch on Sunday, June 15, 2008 from 8:00am to 1:00pm. Willie K, along with the Kahaiali`i `Ohana, will present a special musical tribute to Wilmont “Manu” Kahaiali`i. In addition to the live entertainment, the brunch features an all-you-can-eat buffet, free flowing champagne, and every Dad will receive a gift certificate for a prime rib dinner at the Ka`anapali Mixed Plate Restaurant.
Featured on the all-you-can-eat buffet are our famous Belgian Waffles and cooked-to-order Omelets. For seafood lovers, there will be an iced buffet of Peel & Eat Shrimp, Oysters-on-the-Half Shell, and six of Chef Tom Muromoto’s specialty poke dishes. For hearty appetites, our chefs will be carving Kiawe Smoked Prime Rib, Asian Rack of Lamb, and Pineapple-Orange Glazed Ham. Other entrées include Grilled Shitome with Pico de Gallo, Sautéed Salmon with Dill Cream, and Shrimp Stir-fry with Black Bean Sauce. For the paniolo, there will be a BBQ station featuring Beef Brisket and Chicken with Baked Beans & Corn on the Cob. There will be an exclusive buffet of specialties just for keiki, and decadent desserts including Strawberry Shortcakes and the hotel’s signature Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce.
All Dads will have the chance to win great prizes, including an overnight stay at Ka`anapali Beach Hotel, rounds of golf at the Ka`anapali Gold Course, dinner at the Tiki Terrace Restaurant, Sunday Champagne Brunch, and Kupanaha: Maui Magic and Dinner Theater.
Prices for adults are $46.95, keiki 6-12 are $24.00 and children 5 years & younger eat free (one child per paid adult).
